Volcano, Chocolate & Waterfalls - Private Ohana Outing

Your party of up to 12 enjoys the same comprehensive itinerary as the public tour — Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park, a 1,000-acre chocolate farm, and Rainbow Falls — with the added flexibility of a dedicated guide and vehicle tailored to your group's pace and interests.

Your National Park Certified Guide leads an in-depth exploration of Kīlauea's dramatic summit landscape, including the massive Halemaumau Crater collapse zone, with guided hikes customized to your group's ability level and curiosity. At Lavaloha Chocolate Farm, enjoy an interactive tree-to-chocolate experience on a private tropical estate. The day concludes with a visit to Rainbow Falls in Hilo, where an 80-foot waterfall cascades into a lush tropical pool.

All park entrance fees and chocolate farm admission are included, along with lunch, morning and afternoon snacks, and beverages. Gear is provided: trekking poles, day packs, raingear, bug repellent, and sunscreen. Ages 6 and up are welcome, and child safety seats are available upon request.

Pickup is available from multiple locations across the Kona, Waikoloa, and Hilo sides of the island. This is a long but rewarding day — approximately 11.5 hours from Kona — returning after 7:00 PM.
