Richardson Ocean Park is a County park in Hilo, the main developed part of Leleiwi Beach Park, with a large pond. A seawall runs along much of its rocky shoreline. The County lists swimming, diving, surfing, fishing and picnicking, with lifeguards, picnic areas, showers, restrooms and parking. The County warns of hazardous waves, currents and footing.
