Quick Dip: 1 Hour Private Waterfall and River Swim

A shorter, more affordable version of The Umauma Experience's popular Private Waterfall and River Swim — this seasonal Quick Dip gives you one hour of swimming and kayaking at a private section of Umauma Falls, the same stunning location featured on ABC's The Bachelorette.

Jump into the splashing falls, swim in cool freshwater pools, and kayak across the clear river surface surrounded by lush tropical scenery. This version does not include the catered lunch that comes with the full-length Private Waterfall experience, making it a great option if you're short on time or looking for a quick refreshing escape.

Available seasonally — check the calendar for availability. The experience is 1.5 hours total including transport from the Visitor Center. Open to guests ages 4 and up, with a minimum of 4 people required to book. Check in 45 minutes before your tour time.

Located at 31-313 Old Mamalahoa Highway in Hakalau on the Hamakua Coast, about 15 minutes north of Hilo.
