About this tour
This tour is designed specifically for cruise ship passengers arriving at Hilo Cruise Port. A guide meets the group at the port and transports everyone up to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, then returns riders to the port or a spot in Hilo Town when the ride is done.
The tour covers the park's roads and trails on fat tire electric bikes, with an e-bike included for each rider along with a helmet and bottled water. The bikes make covering ground through the park much faster than traveling by car or on foot, and the group stops at the main points of interest along the way.
The difficulty level is moderate, and the operator asks that riders have intermediate or better biking ability before enrolling. Food and gratuities are also not included.
