About this tour
An experienced instructor leads participants through a gentle, flowing sequence of movements, called asanas, with an emphasis on connecting breath to motion and finding a calm sense of presence. The practice is accessible to all experience levels, so complete beginners and longtime practitioners can attend the same session. Handicap accommodations are available with advance notice.
Blankets are available on request. Participants should plan to arrive early enough to settle in before the class begins on time, as late entry is not permitted. The session runs on select days of the week. Those who want to extend their visit can pair this class with other experiences offered at the sanctuary on the same day, with the option to create a longer retreat from the available schedule.
