Sound Bath Meditation Journey

Unwind with a restorative sound bath in the open-air setting of the Kona Cloud Forest Sanctuary, where crystal singing bowls and vibrational instruments blend with the natural soundscape of the surrounding ʻōhiʻa lehua forest. This approximately 60-minute session combines guided meditation with healing vibrations, supporting deep relaxation and energetic balance in one of the Big Island's most serene environments.

Sessions are offered multiple times a week with rotating practitioners. Cushioned mats and blankets are provided - simply lay back and receive. The experience begins with an introduction to the space followed by a guided meditation that flows into the sound journey. Late entry is not permitted, so arrive at least 10 minutes early for check-in (the space opens 30 minutes prior).

The sanctuary is located just 15 minutes up the mountain from Kona Keahole Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Kailua-Kona, at an elevation where the cloud forest microclimate creates a naturally cool and peaceful atmosphere. Rain is common and part of the experience - dress comfortably and bring anything that supports your relaxation such as an eye mask, pillow, or journal.

Suitable for both newcomers and experienced sound bath enthusiasts. Ages 8 and up, with a maximum of 12 guests per session. Handicap accommodations are available with advance notice. You can also combine the sound bath with a Cloud Forest Tour for a full day retreat experience at a discounted rate.
