You will receive a full refund if you cancel the SUP Adventure tour at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. If the operator cancels the tour due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will also receive a full refund. No-shows, however, are charged the full price. To cancel or ask about a cancellation, you need to contact the operator by email. This policy applies in both directions - customer-initiated cancellations with enough notice and operator-initiated cancellations both result in a full refund. Making sure to cancel well in advance if your plans change will ensure you are not charged for a session you cannot attend.
