No prior experience is needed to join this SUP Adventure tour. The guides teach you the basics before you head out onto the water, making this suitable for beginners as well as those who have paddled before. The 1.5-hour guided format gives you enough time to get comfortable on the board with instruction before exploring the waters of the Kohala Coast. You should bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and a water bottle to the SUP Adventure tour. Since the activity takes place outdoors on the open ocean along the Kohala Coast, sun protection is especially important. You will receive a full refund if you cancel the SUP Adventure tour at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. If the operator cancels the tour due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will also receive a full refund. No-shows, however, are charged the full price. To cancel or ask about a cancellation, you need to contact the operator by email. This policy applies in both directions - customer-initiated cancellations with enough notice and operator-initiated cancellations both result in a full refund. Making sure to cancel well in advance if your plans change will ensure you are not charged for a session you cannot attend.
