About this tour
The session covers fresh cacao fruit, cacao juice, fermented beans, and brewing chocolate, alongside a rotating selection of Hawaiian single-origin craft chocolate bars. Seasonal fruits from the farm are also included.
The tasting is held in an open-air room and pairs hands-on sampling with research-driven storytelling about how cacao is grown, pollinated, and fermented. A farm shop is available at the end for purchasing chocolate to take home. All chocolate offered is gluten-free, and a large share of the bars are vegan.
