Coffee Roasting Tour in Kona

Get hands-on with the coffee roasting process during this one-hour experience at Hala Tree Coffee's farm in Captain Cook. Working directly with their master roaster, you'll learn how processing methods, bean selection, and roasting profiles impact the flavor of the final cup — then complete two roasts yourself.

The session covers the full journey from green bean to finished roast, giving you a deeper appreciation for the craft behind 100% Kona coffee. It's an interactive experience where you're working the roaster, not just watching.

Sessions run on Mondays and Thursdays at 9 AM. The standard rate is $20 per person, with a private tour option for $100. All ages welcome. Cancellations require 24 hours' notice for a full refund.
