Discover your coffee palate in this one-hour guided cupping workshop at Hala Tree Coffee's farm in Captain Cook. Coffee cupping is the standardized tasting method used by producers, roasters, and Q-graders to evaluate quality and flavor — and this session makes it accessible and enjoyable for everyday coffee drinkers.
You'll smell and taste freshly brewed coffees side by side, learning to identify unique flavor notes and compare how different species, roast levels, and processing styles affect the cup. The goal is practical: by the end, you'll know what you like and be able to choose beans with confidence.
The workshop is $50 per person and includes all coffee tastings. One-hour session at the farm overlooking the South Kona coast. All ages welcome. Cancellations require 24 hours' notice for a full refund.
