Share the thrill of flying with this package of two back-to-back 30-minute gyroplane flight lessons - perfect for couples or friends who want to experience the Kona coast from the cockpit. Each person gets their own individual lesson with an FAA-certified flight instructor, flying one at a time while the other relaxes in the hangar lounge area at Kona International Airport.
No flying experience is needed. After a safety briefing and introduction to the controls, each participant takes off for a hands-on lesson over Kona's coastline, lava fields, and the Pacific Ocean. With dual controls, you'll actually fly the aircraft under instructor supervision - this is a real flight lesson, not just a scenic ride. Choose between an open-cockpit tandem gyroplane or an enclosed side-by-side model.
All flight time is loggable toward a Sport Pilot Gyroplane rating, and each participant receives a signed flight certificate and logbook entry. Participants must be at least eight years old (under 18 requires a guardian) and weigh no more than 242 pounds. Cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund.
