About this tour
Learn to stand-up paddleboard along the Kona coastline with a 90-minute lesson designed for all experience and fitness levels. Your instructor covers proper paddling form, balance techniques, and maneuvering on the water, getting you comfortable and confident on the board by the end of the session.
No prior experience is necessary - the lesson starts with gearing up and an on-land safety briefing before heading into the water. Equipment is provided, and instructors are matched to your ability level to ensure personalized coaching whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your technique.
Meet at the Kona Town Surf Adventures van along Ali'i Drive in Kailua-Kona. Lessons run seven days a week. Note that all lessons are 90 minutes from start to finish, including the gear-up and briefing time.
