Course Schedule:

  • Day 1 (Evening): Classroom session via Zoom (6:15 – 9:00 PM)
  • Day 2 (Full Day): Classroom (8:00 – 11:00 AM), lunch break, ocean portion (12:00 – 4:00 PM), final exam (4:00 – 5:00 PM)

  • Ages 16+ (minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian with Level 1 certification)
  • FII Level 1 Freediver certification required
