About this tour
Sites are chosen daily based on conditions, so the itinerary varies. Both certified divers and snorkelers go out together on the same boat, the Namaka, which has upper and lower deck seating, a warm water shower, and camera rinse bins.
Check-in takes place at the Kohala Divers shop, with a shuttle available from kohala coast resorts for those who prefer not to drive. Gear provided includes masks, snorkels, fins, air tanks, and weights for divers, along with reef safe sunscreen and defog. Snacks, soda, juice, and water are also included. Dive gear can be rented separately, and nitrox tanks are available.
Certified divers must bring proof of certification. Divers who have not been in the water for a significant period are advised to book a refresher before joining. Children are welcome, though those under a certain age or certification level have specific requirements, and all children under a certain age must be accompanied by an adult.
