Level 2 Freediver

Take your freediving to the next level with this 3-day FII Level 2 course, designed to build on your Level 1 skills and train you to dive safely and comfortably to depths of 132 feet (40 meters). Through a combination of classroom instruction, pool training, and open-water depth sessions, you'll master advanced equalization techniques, breathing exercises, and the physics and physiology of deep freediving.

This course is essential for freedivers and spearfishers looking to push their depth limits with confidence, covering the critical transition zone between 66 and 132 feet where technique and understanding become paramount.

Course Structure:
- Minimum 7 hours of academic work
- 2.5 hours of confined water training
- 4.5 hours of open water depth training
- Spread across 3 days

- Ages 16+ only
- FII Level 1 Freediver certification (or equivalent) required
- Must be in good health; physician's approval may be required
