About this tour
The curriculum was adapted by grade school teaching professionals to keep material approachable, and the practical sessions use games and activities to build fundamental skills and safety habits alongside classroom learning and confined water training. The open water portion takes place at Two Step, where students put their skills to use in the ocean.
The course suits young people who are in good health with no heart conditions. Parents are encouraged to attend with their children. Transportation is not included, and students need to bring personal freediving gear - mask, snorkel, fins and wetsuit - along with a towel, sunscreen, water and a hat. All personal gear is available to rent or purchase at the shop if needed. Waivers must be signed in advance of the first day.
