About this tour
Step into the Blu Room at Buddha's Cup Coffee Estate for a 20-minute session designed to promote deep relaxation and healing. This patented technology creates an insulated environment using mirrored stainless-steel walls, soft blue LED lighting, narrowband UVB light, and specially chosen frequency music to help your mind settle into a theta state - the brainwave pattern associated with deep relaxation and meditation.
During the session, you simply lie on a bed and relax while the room's unique atmosphere works to quiet external stimulation.
