About this tour
Meet in Volcano! is a private guided tour inside Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site on the Big Island. The tour meets at the Kilauea Visitor Center, and a National Park Certified Interpretive Guide leads the group to sites including Kilauea Volcano Overlook, Halema'uma'u Crater, and Steam Vents, with private transportation provided between stops.
The tour is rated easy and works well for travelers who want a flexible, private experience rather than a large group outing. Snacks, bottled water, trekking poles, binoculars, ponchos, umbrellas, sunscreen, bug repellent, and complimentary photos are all included. Closed-toe shoes are recommended, and a light jacket is a practical addition. Travelers with a handicap parking pass should bring it along.
National park entry is a separate cost to factor into the overall plan before booking.
