The evening begins with an Artisan Village featuring local craft vendors, lei making, poi pounding demonstrations, and ohe kapala, followed by a lavish buffet of island fare including slow-cooked kalua pork, island-fresh catch, chicken long rice, a poke bar, and local desserts.
