About this tour
The Mauna Kea Luau takes place at Mauna Kea Beach Hotel on the Big Island, where guests gather at an oceanfront setting for an evening of Hawaiian food, music, and performance. The event runs on select evenings and opens with a welcome photo session, followed by an imu ceremony before the buffet dinner begins.
The dinner spread covers a wide range of traditional and contemporary dishes, including lomi lomi salmon, ahi poke, poi, kalua pig, kalua turkey, teriyaki steak, grilled catch, and an assortment of salads, sides, and desserts.
