Get dedicated one-on-one surf instruction during this two-hour private lesson at Kahalu'u Beach Park in Kona. Your instructor stays by your side the entire session, adjusting the coaching to your pace and skill level — whether you're standing on a board for the first time or working on more advanced technique.

Private lessons are especially well-suited for young children, non-swimmers, or experienced surfers who want focused attention and personalized feedback. All instructors are professionally trained with annual certifications in surf instruction and water safety.

All surf equipment is provided. This is the most customized surf experience Kahalu'u Bay Surf & Sea offers, giving you the flexibility to learn exactly what you want at your own speed. Cancellations require 48 hours' notice for a full refund.
