The Private Yoga experience at Kona Cloud Forest Sanctuary welcomes all levels, so no prior yoga experience is required. Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner, this session is designed to be accessible and appropriate for where you are in your practice. The listing specifically notes that all levels are welcome, which makes this a suitable choice for individuals, couples, or groups with mixed experience. Because it is a private group format, the flow can naturally accommodate the needs of everyone participating rather than following a fixed, one-size-fits-all structure.

The Private Yoga experience at Kona Cloud Forest Sanctuary offers a full refund, credit, or rebooking if you cancel at least 7 days before your reservation date. Within 7 days of your reservation, all bookings are considered final and no refunds or credits will be issued unless you purchased Trip Protection. Trip Protection can be added at checkout and extends your flexibility to cancel up to 48 hours before your reservation start time for a full refund, rebooking, or credit. Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time, late arrivals, and no-shows are not eligible for refunds even with Trip Protection. All requests must be made by email or phone.

Rain does not automatically qualify you for a refund or rebooking for the Private Yoga session at Kona Cloud Forest Sanctuary. The operator is clear that this takes place in a cloud forest environment where rain is expected, and guests should come prepared for wet conditions. Refunds due to weather are only issued if the operator cancels the experience entirely. The operator cannot guarantee any weather conditions, so arriving prepared for a cloud forest setting is an important part of planning your visit. If the operator does cancel for safety or weather reasons, you will have the option to rebook or receive a full refund or credit.

A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation for the Private Yoga experience, though full payment at the time of booking is recommended and preferred. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before your reservation date. Paying in full at the time of booking is encouraged because it simplifies the process and ensures your spot is fully secured. If you choose to pay only the deposit initially, be sure to complete your payment before the 7-day deadline, as the balance is required to hold your private group reservation through to your visit date.
