About this tour
Body Glove Hawaii's Whale Watch departs from Kailua Pier and heads out on the Kanoa II to find Humpback whales as they travel to Hawaii to breed and nurse their young. A marine naturalist provides narration throughout the trip, and underwater hydrophones let passengers hear the whales sing beneath the surface. Dolphins, manta rays, and sea turtles may also appear along the way. If no whales are spotted, the operator offers a return trip at no additional charge.
Light snacks, juices, soft drinks, and coffee are included. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase from the Premium Bar on board. No smoking is permitted on the vessel. Comfortable clothing and a camera are good things to bring.
The tour departs from Kailua Pier in Kailua-Kona. Plan to arrive early to allow time to check in. The tour is weather dependent, so conditions on the day can affect operations.
