The Super-Raft Whale Watch departs from Kailua Pier and returns to the same spot. The vessel is a super raft with comfortable seating, shade, and an onboard bathroom. A marine naturalist provides narrated commentary while the boat is out on the water. Light snacks, juices, soft drinks, and coffee are included, along with sunscreen. If no whales appear during the trip, the operator invites guests back at no charge. Alcoholic beverages are not included.
Boarding the raft requires physical agility, so guests should be comfortable with an active embarkation. The tour is not suitable for pregnant women, and smoking is not permitted on board.
