About this tour
The Historical Dinner Cruise departs from Kailua-Kona and travels along the Kona Coast aboard the Kanoa II, a large catamaran. A narrator points out historical sites along the coast, and live entertainment plays on the return trip.
The first course is a spring salad with local strawberries, Big Island feta, and candied macadamia nuts. The main course is sea salt-brined roasted chicken served with red mashed potatoes, Hamakua mushroom Marsala demi-glace, sautéed spinach, and a coconut dinner roll.
