Big Island Divers does not accept cancellations or changes by email - all changes to an existing reservation must be handled by phone. Their shop hours are daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time. Rescheduling to a different date also requires at least 48 hours notice before your original check-in time, so contacting them promptly is important if your plans change.

Big Island Divers does not provide transportation between hotels, their shop, or the harbor for the Advanced Local Two Tank Morning Charter. Guests are required to check in at the shop first, and then drive themselves to the harbor, which is about 3 miles away. The shop will provide a map to the harbor for guests who need it.
