Full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. Full refunds or rescheduling provided for cancellations initiated by Big Island Gravity due to weather, maintenance, or other operational safety considerations. No-shows and late cancellations within 48 hours will be charged in full. No refunds if a participant does not exit the aircraft.

You must be at least 18 years old to skydive with Big Island Gravity. This age requirement applies to all participants, so anyone younger than 18 will not be able to book or complete a jump, regardless of parental consent or other circumstances. Beyond the age requirement, the experience is structured as a tandem skydive, meaning you jump alongside a professional skydiving instructor. The process begins at the facility with a safety briefing and gear fitting, so you will receive hands-on preparation before you ever board the aircraft. Plan to set aside roughly half a day for the full experience.

No prior skydiving experience is needed to participate in this tandem skydive with Big Island Gravity. You jump attached to a professional instructor who guides you through every stage, from the initial safety briefing on the ground to steering the parachute toward a gentle landing. First-time jumpers are fully accommodated. Before the jump, you will go through a detailed safety briefing at the facility, get fitted with top-tier skydiving gear, and have the chance to ask questions. During the ascent, your instructor will go over any last-minute details as well, so you have multiple opportunities to feel confident and prepared before the freefall.

Your skydiving experience with Big Island Gravity offers views of some of Hawaii Island's most striking landscapes, both during the flight up and throughout the parachute descent. The scenic flight takes you over the Kohala Coast, the Seven Sacred Valleys, and the wild grasslands of Hawi before you jump. During freefall and the parachute glide, you can take in panoramic ocean and island views. The adventure wraps up with a landing at what the operator describes as the most beautiful airport in the Hawaiian Islands. The entire sequence - scenic flight, freefall, and parachute descent - gives you multiple vantage points across the island.

A free edited video of your skydive is included in the price of your booking with Big Island Gravity. There is no extra charge for this videography service, and the footage is captured during the jump itself to document your freefall experience. The video is recorded by the instructor or a dedicated camera setup during the jump and freefall portion of your adventure. This means you will have a personal record of one of the most intense moments of the experience. The starting price for the skydive is $349, and the video is bundled into that cost along with the scenic flight.

Big Island Gravity offers a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled skydive. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are charged in full, so it is important to cancel well in advance if your plans change. If Big Island Gravity cancels your jump due to weather, maintenance, or other operational safety considerations, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule. Note that if you board the aircraft but choose not to exit and ride the plane back down instead, no refund will be issued. The operator asks that you contact them as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
