Waterfall Wonders Slingshot Adventure Tour - Navigation Guided

Chase waterfalls across the Big Island on this full-day, self-guided Polaris Slingshot adventure. The eight-hour navigation-guided route takes you from Waikoloa over Saddle Road — climbing to 6,600 feet between Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa — then drops down to the Hilo side for a series of waterfall stops starting with Rainbow Falls.

From there, the route follows the scenic Old Mamalahoa Highway through lush Hamakua Coast rainforest to 'Akaka Falls, a 420-foot cascade surrounded by tropical vegetation. Depending on your pace, optional stops include Umauma Falls, the Laupahoehoe Point lookout, the Waipio Valley overlook, and shopping in the cowboy town of Waimea on the return.

The Slingshot seats two with a Rockford Fosgate stereo, integrated navigation, and lockable waterproof storage — pack a lunch, take a dip, and bring back souvenirs. No special license required.
