Maggie Joe Private Fishing Charter

Head offshore aboard the Maggie Joe, a 53-foot custom sport fishing yacht designed for Hawaiian waters. This private deep sea fishing charter accommodates up to 15 passengers and departs at 6:30 AM from Slip 31 at Honokohau Harbor.

Kona's offshore waters offer access to some of Hawaii's best natural fishing grounds for Pacific blue marlin, ahi (yellowfin tuna), mahi mahi, ono (wahoo), and aku (skipjack tuna). All fishing tackle and gear are included — beginners and experienced anglers are equally welcome. A morning briefing covers everything you need to know.

The Maggie Joe features a fully air-conditioned cabin, two restrooms, a hot shower, full galley, stereo, spacious back deck, shaded bridge, and tuna observation tower. Bring your own food and drinks; large coolers and ice are on board.

Trips range from ¾-day (7 hours) to full-day (8–10 hours). Base rate covers up to 6 passengers with additional per-person charges for larger groups. Hawaii nonresidents need a fishing license ($20/day or $40/week), available online.
