Glass Bottom Reef Tour
The Glass Bottom Reef Tour is a relaxing glass bottom boat cruise along the Kona coastline, operated by Kailua Bay Charter Company Inc. out of Kailua-Kona on the Big Island. No food or drinks are provided, so bringing water or a snack is a practical idea for anyone who wants refreshment on the water. Hotel pickup is not included, so travelers need to arrange their own transportation to the departure point. There is no private booking option, meaning passengers join a shared departure. Because the tour is weather dependent, the operator may cancel if conditions are unsuitable, and a full refund is issued when that happens. Comfortable, casual clothing is a sensible choice, and leaving valuables ashore or secured in a bag reduces hassle on a boat outing.
